Pasture-raised
Birds live on open grass with daily access to forage, moved to fresh ground regularly. Movement is critical to their health so they are not confined on pasture either.
Soy- & corn-free
Custom, soy & corn free rations appropriate to the stage of life and animal type.
No antibiotics or vaccinations
We do not routinely utilize antibiotics or vaccinations anywhere on the farm.
Heritage pork
Berkshires, raised outside on pasture and in the woods develops an incredible flavor profile. We recently introduced a Tamworth gilt as well!
Regenerative
Over a period of time, moving from triage to growth, we are working to improve the ecological foundation of the soil here with animals and crops.
OMRI-guided inputs
No synthetic chemicals. We are not Organic Certified but we do follow the guidelines so that we can obtain the certification if we find it to be helpful.
