Raised on pasture at our farm in Vevay, Indiana, on soy-free, corn-free feed. Air-chilled and USDA-inspected. Breasts are packed two halves to a pack with the tenderloin on.
Boxes are packed by pack count, never trimmed to a weight. If the birds run heavy, you keep the extra, and the box ships in the next size up at no charge. Priced per pack. Pack weights vary from bird to bird within the range shown.
