Pasture-raised on soy-free, corn-free organic feed, air-chilled and USDA-inspected. Birds average 3.5–4 lb. Pre-order pricing ends September 27 — after processing, whole birds return to regular pricing. Pick up free at the farm or ship frozen. Whole birds are heat-shrink wrapped by the processor (our cut packs are vacuum sealed).

Pre-orders close September 27. The birds are processed September 28 and ship in early October, frozen, in an insulated box with dry ice — or pick up free at the farm.
Pre-order pricing ends September 27; after processing, whole birds return to regular pricing. Pre-orders are placed as their own order, separate from in-stock items.
